Olotys is a boutique HR and culture consultancy. We partner with leaders to ethically humanise work by integrating humanistic HR practices with self‑awareness, empathy and purpose, driving measurable improvements in performance, retention and wellbeing.

A name that reflects our approach

Olotys comes from the Greek word olotita, ολότητα, meaning wholeness. We see organisations as living systems. When strategy, structure, people, or the external environment shifts, the whole system responds.

That is why we work holistically, integrating culture, leadership, HR systems, and ethical standards rather than treating HR as paperwork or a checklist.
